At these times it is possible to control Son Goku from a more personal perspective, running to catch Kaibe’s monkey or destroying concrete blocks. Yes, the game follows the natural order of events, but everything happens in a way that gives the impression of being too abrupt, in which there are too many events not mentioned.īut, on the other hand, I cannot fail to point out other types of events such as the death of Son Goku or his training on the ship when going to Namek, which are presented to the player in the form of mini-games. This time, in a mode called Dragon Mission, the missions are chosen through a flat world where a small Son Goku wanders in search of the next mission. In a not too complex way, the player was easily attracted to participate in this adventure – something that does not happen in Infinite World. At the time, this mode consisted of flying around the world in search of missions that, naturally, followed a line of events based on the television series. Some more handmade than others but, personal opinion, the one I liked the most was Budokai 3, already released about 4 years ago. Over the past few years we have seen a number of different organizations with regard to DBZ’s adventure mode. Were it not for that, for the year, there would be Infinite World 2 with half a dozen more characters and a new saga already more than beat. Fortunately, Infinite World is not a trilogy, perhaps because the Playstation 2 begins to face its final life cycle and the creators simply decided it was not worth the gamble.

The annual recycling of new titles in the series has become mandatory and will remain so as long as the “orange” is not completely squeezed. Dragon Ball is no longer a game designed to please the consumer, but a game that has to be made. Nobody gets it out of my head that Dimps, the game’s producer, has dried up its magic source of ideas.
